I purchased the Annual Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB subscription from the Adobe site on March 12, 2024. When my plan didn't appear in Creative Cloud, I realized something was wrong. I checked my email and it read 'Dear... We are reaching out to let you know that our experts have detected irregular behavior regarding your Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB subscription. Therefore, your subscription has been canceled and you will no longer be able to access the Adobe applications and services included in your subscription. For further information please contact our dedicated customer support line at 00800-4488-23640.' It is said. When I contacted customer service, they repeated the same thing and said they would get back to me within 3-5 days. It is really annoying that we do not have a contact person in Turkey. The grievance needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
