I've been trying to cancel my BetterMe subscription, but it's still active. How can I make sure that it's canceled?

If you want to cancel your BetterMe subscription and make sure it's deactivated, follow the steps below based on the device or platform you used to sign up:
Google Play for Android:
• On your Android device, launch the Google Play Store app.
• Tap the profile icon in the upper right corner.
• Choose "Payments & subscriptions."
• Choose your BetterMe subscription from the drop-down menu.
• Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the instructions on the screen. To avoid additional charges, complete this at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
iPhone/iPad App Store:
• Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
• At the top of the screen, tap your name.
• Navigate to "Subscriptions" under "Payment & Shipping."
• Choose a BetterMe subscription.
• At the bottom of the page, press the "Cancel Subscription" button. To avoid additional charges, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
BetterMe App (available for Android, iPhone, and iPad):
• Launch the BetterMe app.
• In the bottom-right corner, tap the "More" icon (three horizontal lines).
• If you're using an iPhone, tap "Help."
• Choose "Manage subscription."
• Then, select "Account," followed by "Subscriptions."
• Select "Turn off auto-renewal" and follow the on-screen prompts. To avoid further charges, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

• Register at https://betterme.world.
• Tap or click on "Profile."
• Choose "Subscriptions."
• Turn off auto-renewal by clicking "Turn off auto-renewal" and following the on-screen instructions. To avoid additional charges, make sure you do this at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
